Web3 Customer Cloud Solution Lead

Location: Essen Germany

As a Customer Cloud Solution Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end customer engagement from a pre-sales and solution architecture perspective under the leadership of DXG Customer Solution function head and also the regional Oversea Business office you will be working for.

Tasks

  • Supporting sales team to develop new sales opportunities or increase current customers / partners sales opportunities within their allocated regions / partners
  • Work closely with customer account manager to assess customer needs and generate sale leads by promoting FPT Software digital solution and services with an emphasis on cloud transformation services (cloud transformation, data transformation, digital transformation…)
  • Contributing to all business and technical discussion with customers / partners to define best solutions for customer challenges based on DXG cloud portfolio (cloud, big data …), products (cloud suite, dataiku, indhu…) and overall FPT software digital services
  • Help facilitate customer-centric information management using FPT Software available CRM tools and DXG lead operation model and improve
    under-utilized and outdate CRM system to increase company communications to target accounts
  • Schedule and participate in various customer meetings and ensure achievement of satisfaction of all services (from pre-sales to delivery)
  • Provide Cloud & Big Data Architectural and Design during project implementation and help to transition smoothly project from pre-sales to delivery; acting as solution architecture lead inside projects
  • Work streams include: pre-sales, training, operational documentation, project architectural solution lead, knowledge sharing and documentation, customer engagement and care, digital skill development

Requirements

  • Proven multi-year experience in cloud / big data technical pre-sales
    activity around digital technology and cloud transformation
  • Proven multi-year experience in cloud transformation project engagement (both from a sales perspective and a project implementation point of view) to solve most difficult customer challenges
  • Proven experience interacting with customer and internal C-level executives
  • Solid knowledge, advanced points of view and 5+ years hands-on practical cloud transformation project, methods, and techniques in cloud
    industry (system, application and data cloud transformation)
  • Proven expertise managing details and balancing multiple activities
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Creative problem solver, able to build contingency plans and handle stressful situation with professionalism
  • Quick learner for new digital technology and open-minded personality with a clear distinctive critical thinking behavior
  • Cloud platform certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, AliCloud, Oracle, IBM…) are a plus
