Who we're looking for  As a Customer Lifecycle Manager under the Strategic Marketing team, you will own the end-to-end CLM campaigns and will be responsible for the planning, execution and follow up of the CLM strategy for targeted cohorts and customer segments. You will be accountable for driving customer engagement, improving retention, and reducing user churn.  You are expected to provide data-driven insights for campaigns using the available customer engagement platforms and data analytic tools. For this role, you will be working closely with the rest of the Marketing team, and will provide support as needed to key stakeholders within the company such as Ops, Product, and Business Development teams.
