Web3 Digital Illustrator/Motion Graphics Artist (Remote)

This is a completely remote role and can work anywhere in the US.

RECUR is building the future of digital collectibles on-chain, known as Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) – the newest Unicorn industry.

Global brands are interested in venturing into NFTs to establish new connections with their fans. However, they are very careful about who they work with, especially in the cutting-edge world of blockchain. RECUR is founded by the perfect blend of leaders in the brand licensing space and technology leaders from top cryptocurrency exchanges, digital asset trading desks, financial institutions, and blockchain software companies. Investors include Joseph Lubin, co-founder of Ethereum, Winklevoss Twins, Courtside VC, Hashed, and many more.

RECUR is seeking a Illustrator / Motion Designer to join its team full-time. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, where you will be focused on creating compelling designs for NFTs. Must be a versatile designer who can follow brand guidelines while still being able to create fresh and fun stills and animations that tell a story and create an immersive experience for collectors.

What you will do at RECUR

• Create Still and Animated assets to be used in or as NFT’s
• Create mood boards and >
• Develop an evolving toolkit of assets that enable procedural content creation
• Illustrate characters according to brand guidelines

What you bring to RECUR

• 2+ years of experience in a professional creative environment
• A great eye for design and typography
• The ability to illustrate in many different >
• Expert level knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience with After Effects and 2D animation
• Experience with powerpoint/keynote
• A readiness to grow and an ability to adapt quickly
• You take critique free of ego
• You can collaborate with a remote team
• You are a self starter

Nice to have

• Experience with Cinema 4D
