Grayscale Investments is hiring a Web3 Director, National Accounts

Position Summary:
Grayscale is seeking a National Accounts leader to help enhance our distribution and market connectivity. Reporting to our Head of Distribution, successful candidates will lead our National Accounts strategy, developing and monitoring the success of distribution platform partnerships. The Director, National Accounts should be relationship driven and excited to establish and maintain deep connections at partner firm homes offices and grow Grayscale’s reach into the advised wealth market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop external distribution opportunities by expanding our existing, and initiating new, distribution relationships, principally with wealth management platforms.
- Manage and lead key strategic national account relationships by identifying client needs, strategic plans, and managing due diligence processes.
- Support sales and distribution efforts by collaborating closely with internal sales teams and external partners to position our products effectively within national account platforms.
- Execute and develop strategic plans across all home offices connecting marketing, product, research, and sales efforts.
- Become an expert in Grayscale’s Product Suite, including ETFs, Private Placements, and Private Funds.
- Stay current on developments in the digital currency ecosystem.
- Develop and mentor junior employees on the distribution team.
- Assist in creation of sales resources such as marketing materials and other collateral for use on client / prospect presentations.
Prior Experience/Requirements:
- 8-15+ years of experience in a strategic relationship management role in asset management, preferably with experience in ETFs.
- Experience selling diverse investment products across channels and investor types.
- Exemplary communication, presentation, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Strong interest in digital currencies, blockchain technology, and related concepts.
- Deep market knowledge of global asset management industry (digital assets/crypto preferred) as well as deep understanding of various client segments (including products, key regulatory, and industry trends).
- Talented at networking with businesses and personal communities.
- Self-starter with enthusiasm, grit and a passion for raising capital.
- Ability to work effectively within a team – someone who is collaborative, flexible and adaptable, reliable with a strong ‘can do attitude’.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- FINRA Series 7, 63 required.
