Web3 Director, Product

As a Director of Product, you will shape the product strategy and evolution for Coinsquare’s retail investor applications. This is a multi-faceted, fast-paced role within a company that is starting to scale its people, processes, and product suite. In keeping with this, we’re looking for a multidisciplinary thinker who can handle a range of activities including strategy creation, people mentorship, improving Agile work processes, and ensuring coherent product roadmapping. Coinsquare is rapidly evolving its approach to Product Management, which means you’ll play a central role in reinforcing a customer-centric culture, promoting Agile work practices, and elevating the presence of Product within the organization.
