Web3 Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) Engineer

Our client is looking for a Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) Engineer to join their team.

Compensation: $150-200k

As a DLT Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining blockchain-based solutions that drive innovation and efficiency within organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement blockchain-based solutions using platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, Corda, etc.
• Develop and deploy smart contracts and decentralized applications
• Ensure the security and integrity of DLT systems through rigorous testing and validation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DLT solutions into existing systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to blockchain infrastructure and applications

Qualifications:

Required

• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in blockchain development and DLT technologies
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, Python, or Go
• Understanding of cryptographic principles and algorithms
• Experience with blockchain frameworks like Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Corda, or similar
• Familiarity with consensus mechanisms
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills

Preferred

• Experience with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance aspects of blockchain technology
• Understanding of cloud services and DevOps practices
• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
