Web3 Executive Assistant (Bilingual Mandarin and English)

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our fast-growing team.

Qualifications:

  • Must be bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maximize efficiency by building out systems and processes for increased organization and unified work streams
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of discretion
  • Previous experience in a legal & compliance or fintech/finance environment is strongly preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to manage multiple calendars quickly and efficiently
  • Attend related meetings and maintain minutes/records
  • Manage ad-hoc projects including tracking deliverables, project timelines, deadlines and requests
  • Maintain complete discretion with highly confidential information
  • Manage event coordination as needed
  • Respond to all day-to-day needs of busy executives. This includes, but is not limited to scheduling and/or providing correspondence for. meetings, & managing calendars
  • Coordinate meetings and greet clients
