Flipside Crypto is a fast-paced startup in the blockchain/crypto market. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever changing environment; operates well turning ambiguity into action; and can support dynamic needs seven days a week.

Responsibilities

• Support for Flipside Crypto activities, personal activity, as well as numerous other organizations with which the CEO is affiliated

• Extensive calendar management for meetings with both internal and external participants
• Extensive travel planning and coordination, including last-minute changes

• Work with many different personalities across the company, building strong working relationships
• Become familiar with all department functions within Flipside in order to communicate effectively and accurately
• Assist in responses to internal/external stakeholders
• Vendor and service coordination at multiple residences
• Must have the ability to incorporate creative approaches to various projects by taking initiative and working independently
• Work 40 hours per week, but need to be available 24/7

You are a strong fit if you:

• 5-10 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting a CEO
• Strong attention to detail, getting it right matters
• Operate well in a team environment as well as perform job duties with little supervision
• Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Maintain a positive working attitude, while performing job duties in stressful situations or handling complex communication
• Professionally handle sensitive information and maintain complete confidentiality
• Prioritize/adapt on the fly. There are many different activities happening at once.
• Don’t just be an order taker, think ahead and anticipate CEO needs.
• Have, strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
