The Role

What you will do

• Monitor and record all receivables and payables and collaborate with founders and stakeholders to timely generate invoices and pay-outs.
• Track and reconcile bank statements
• Process tax payments
• Support monthly payroll and keep organized records
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process invoices and follow up with clients and partners as needed
• Create cash flow reports

What you should have

• 2-4 years of Work experience as an Accountant or Finance assistant.
• Good knowledge of accounting, ledger and bookkeeping procedures
• Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally)
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
• BSc/BA/BCom/BBA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
