Web3 Financial Accountant (m/f/d). Remote

Together with the team, you will support business growth through process improvements, assess financial implications from various strategic decisions and provide financial insights to stakeholders.

Join us remotely, you can be located anywhere around the CET time zone, as our work is 100% online. The position is full-time.

What will you be doing:

• Own the end-to-end Accounts Payable process across multiple entities and currencies, efficiently and accurately processing invoices
• Support the Accounts Receivable process across multiple sales channels, efficiently and accurately creating invoices and providing reporting to internal stakeholders
• Build supplier relationships through accurate reconciliation of supplier invoices and resolution of queries.
• Prepare capitalization schedules, including fixed assets and IP calculations
• Assist in month-end closing entries and review and reconciliation process for all company accounts
• Deep dive to drive continuous scaling and efficiency initiatives to manage our fast-growing volumes
• Assist with the preparation of internal reporting, including budgeting, expense reporting, and ad-hoc reporting required by management
• Support the finance team wherever needed on various operational and analytical projects - this can be anything from systems integrations to crypto asset reconciliations and payment processing.

What you need:

• General:
• Experience in SaaS, preferably in a start-up or fintech
• Excellent analytical skills and great attention to detail
• Resourceful and innovative with a “can-do” creative attitude
• Ability to use the tools we have, recommend others, and hack the stack we already use to get the most out of them
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)


• Technical:


• 2+ years of experience in a similar position
• Experience with accounting software, preferably NetSuite
• An audit background is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and Macros
