GLAM is an onchain asset management platform on Solana that enables professional-grade fund management through programmable vaults and tokenization primitives, making institutional-quality asset management accessible to everyone.

• End-to-End Ownership: You'll drive product development from architecture through implementation. We want someone who thinks deeply about system design while caring about every detail of the user experience.
• Technical Excellence: We're building financial infrastructure that needs to be robust and performant. You'll work with complex state management, real-time data, and sophisticated business logic.

Experience & Skills

• 5+ years building production software systems
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, and Next.js and API integrations
• Experience with performance optimization and testing
• Strong understanding of system architecture and state management
• Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools
• Experience with DeFi or Solana development is a plus
