Qualifications

3+ years of professional work experience in a related field (anything crypto, fintech, financial services, consulting, operations, strategy, analytics, marketing, sales)

Moderate Excel/Google Sheets proficiency

Bachelor degree required

Responsibilities
•
The Vertical Lead will be focused on their roundup vertical, doing fast-paced, agile work to drive metrics and results
•
You will execute on data-driven strategies and processes and flex to address the needs of your vertical
•
You will partner closely with the Founding team to identify and resolve issues and capture opportunities quickly
•
Focus on User Acquisition and Retention, Feature Ideation, and Partner development and sales within your vertical
•
Identify, solve, or escalate customer or tech issues and opportunities
•
Track performance against KPIs (key performance indicators) for your vertical
•
Plan and manage vertical initiatives
•
Dive analysis on strategic decisions, including understanding key levers to improve results and clarifying tradeoff decisions
•
Build any vertical-specific processes or campaigns needed in addition to or instead of scaled ones
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Legal, and Operations to achieve goals
