Why work with us

You will create new dCommerce components and end-to-end services by leveraging your experience in designing eCommerce platforms and technology. You will work with a team of Web3 and eCommerce product, technology and operations experts to design end-to-end architecture and processes, augment them using Web3 tools, and support engineering work to deliver the technology as needed.
You will mix a strategic top-down approach to architecture and process, with a hands-on approach to technology selection and development.
What you will do:

- Develop prototypes, designs and architecture, and support engineering teams as needed
- Collaborate with Web3 experts to apply Web3 principles for architectural design and integration with external systems
- Understand changing technology solutions that span mobile, e-commerce, payment networks, return management and other services to design comprehensive and meaningful consumer experiences that drive business results for global partners
- Develop core models for ecommerce offerings and negotiate favorable commercial terms
- Strong, dynamic collaboration with peers across Boson’s team and expanding ecosystem including engineering, product specialists, finance, BD legal, operations and marketing
- Navigate product roadmaps and influence resource allocation to achieve results
- Be a catalyst for good design, change and continuous learning
- Bring your historic expertise in ecommerce with curiosity and openness as decentralized models and communities demand
- Identifying opportunities to increase the reach and impact of Boson for its community and partners overall
The role open is for a long-term relationship, working predominantly remotely and you can expect to become an integral part of a diverse international team.
What experience you should have:
- Executive level experience with eCommerce skills
- You constantly look for and tinker with technologies that can improve current processes and business models (bonus points for Web3 or blockchain experience)
- Presence and capacity to drive strategy, coordinate development, design of platform and core models
- You use your learnings to develop prototypes, architecture, and other collateral for engineering teams
- You possess technical and business acumen to define the big-picture vision and understand how the parts relate
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to make an impact
- Committed curiosity and hunger to learn and grow
What we offer you:
- Flexible, remote work with a high degree of autonomy in a dynamic, fast growth organisation
- An opportunity to leverage bleeding edge technology and industry-leading development practices
- A highly competitive compensation package and other benefits arrangements pending on geographical location. Come and talk to us.
