Wirex Limited is hiring a Web3 Global Head of People
Compensation: $63k - $90k estimated

You willoverseedriving Peoplestrategyand operationsin order to supportexciting and ambitious plans. We are preparing for global scaling and your role will be to implement initiatives to develop the culture and attract,motivate,and retain the best talent in the industry. You will oversee the Talent AcquisitionSpecialist and People Assistant toensure a strategic, consistent approach to all Peopleand Talentactivities in the business.You will be a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT)and report to the co-founders at regular HR Committee meetings.
The role
- Reviewglobal Peopleprocesses and practices on an ongoing basis and adjust these accordingly as the business expands
- Lead thePeopleand Talentdepartmentand set the strategyacross ourUK, APAC and North American regions and other markets that we look to expand/hire into
- Act in a confidential advisory and consultative capacity to the CEOs/Co-founders ofWirex
- Consult,challengeand coachsenior managerson matters oforganisationaldesign,governance,performance management, salary reviews/bandings, employee relations, people risk, wellbeing, D&Ietc.
- Work with SMT on key projects and provide management reports andkeyinformation when requested(i.e. for regulatory requirements/investor packs etc.)
- Design anorganisationaltraining plan aligned to regulatory recommendations to ensure a suite of mandatory andrelevanttraining is available to all employees within scope
- Developan internal ‘training academy’providing training andcoaching to managers and teams on a rangeof industry topics and skills
- Overseethe quarterlyperformance management process(including reviews)and ensurecompany goals are communicated to employees on a quarterly basis and goal settingcascadesdown to individual level
- Create a strong employerbrand through implementing best practice across all people management aspects. Look to drive employer brand through Glassdoor,LinkedInand other social media channels
- Own employee experience and engagement; ensure it is monitored, measured and feedback is turned into action
- Work with the team to ensure key initiatives such as D&I, Wellbeing, CSR aredeveloped and implementedglobally
- Provide support to ourglobaloffices andensurepolicies, culture and values are aligned andconsistent,taking into consideration local practices andlegislation
- Work with and manage Talent Acquisition to constantly identify areas of improvement in attracting best talent. Ensure hiring costs are monitored, managed andminimised
- In conjunction with the People Assistant, overseemanagement of our office spaces in each region
- Ensure that all People operations; employeelifecycle;payroll, compensation/benefits,training and development plans etc.runeffectively and efficiently. Identify improvements where necessary
- Take account management responsibility (renewals/business update meetingsetc) for HRIS and other HR platforms such as;LinkedIn Recruiter,Lattice, BambooHR; Greenhouse
- Third party stakeholder management
Requirements
- Solidexperiencein aseniorgeneralist role– circa 7-10 years
- Experience in a startup/scale upenvironment
- CIPD qualifieddesirable but notessential
- International experiencein the US and APAC is highlyadvantageous
- Experience of working with Fintech’s is advantageous– Crypto is ideal
- Experience ofworkinga regulated environment is essential
- Experience in working in anever-changingenvironment andinsettingup processes and people related initiativesacross multiple locations
- Ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholdersand unify a team
- Positive and flexible approach
- Diplomatic with the ability to build positive working relationships across the business
