The team
We are seeking a strategic and operationally-savvy Global Mobility Program Manager to lead our global immigration, relocation, and cross-border workforce initiatives. In this individual contributor role, you will manage the full lifecycle of global mobility processes, providing expert advice and execution on immigration compliance, international relocation logistics, cross-border employment considerations, payroll, tax compliance, and mobility-related benefits.
The opportunity
Develop and maintain global mobility policies that align with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Manage end-to-end global immigration and relocation processes, partnering with external counsel and internal teams to ensure compliance and a seamless employee experience.
Provide subject matter expertise on cross-border employment, remote work compliance, and international assignment structuring.
Collaborate with payroll and tax teams to ensure accurate processing and reporting for internationally mobile employees.
Oversee vendor relationships (immigration, relocation, and mobility), ensuring high-quality service, cost-efficiency, and policy adherence.
Advise HR and business leaders on complex global mobility matters, offering strategic solutions to support global talent movement.
Stay ahead of regulatory updates and global immigration trends to proactively manage risk and ensure compliance.
Skills you should HODL
Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience); advanced degree or certifications in HR, Immigration, or Global Mobility preferred.
5+ years managing global mobility programs, including immigration, relocation, payroll, and tax compliance.
Deep knowledge of cross-border employment law, remote work compliance, and mobility-related benefits.
Strong vendor management skills and proven ability to collaborate across legal, tax, HR, and external partners.
Highly organized, data-driven, and operationally sharp with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Analytical thinker with a proactive mindset; thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and meets tight deadlines.
Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
Tech-savvy: proficient in Workday, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.
