What your typical week looks like:

  • Act as a primary technical support analyst for HR systems and serve as project lead for all HRIS system projects and initiatives
  • Setup and configuration of HR modules, with a focus on internal HR system with US/APAC/Europe/China Team.
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in HR technology and understand statutory and regulatory requirements affecting HR, Core-HR, Recruitment, Payroll and Performance systems
  • Consult with HR management and other departments to determine HRIS needs
  • Develop and implement new processes and systems for efficient HR management
  • Perform analysis of HR functionality, recommend and develop process/customer service improvements and system enhancements to optimize the HR systems value
  • Customer trouble shooting and training support and Protecting data integrity.

Skills that you will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
  • With relavant amount of experience in HRIS
  • Proficient in human resources, performance and payroll processes and policies in all regions of the world
  • Experience and expertise with,Core-HR, Payroll, Performance, Time Tracking in US/APAC/Europe/China
  • Solid problem solving and time management skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese
