Web3 Growth Lead

Overview:

As an Operations Growth Lead, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our operations and maximizing the efficiency of our growth initiatives. You will be at the forefront of identifying, prioritizing, and executing key projects. Your mission will be to enhance our product offering, manage cross-functional projects, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors. This role is ideal for a dynamic and analytical individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prioritize, and lead the execution of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Serve as the product manager for internal and external projects. Develop and drive roadmaps to meet and exceed client defined KPIs.

  • Manage and execute cross-functional projects involving vendors, operations, product, and engineering teams, ensuring timely and successful completion of objectives.

  • Maintain and cultivate effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.

  • Assess and seamlessly integrate vendors as required, optimizing for efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years in a GTM Operations role (Growth, Marketing, Revenue/Sales Ops), with a track record of contributing to the growth and efficiency of operations.

  • Demonstrable skills in project management, with the ability to lead and execute multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making ability, with proficiency in financial and/or legal-related domains.

  • Experience working alongside marketing, sales, and operations teams, fostering collaboration and achieving shared goals.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder management.

  • Ability to operate independently and as part of a team, adapting to the changing needs of a rapidly evolving business environment.
