Trilitech is a Tezos ecosystem company based in London. We cooperate with other companies, partners, and projects on a variety of Tezos blockchain matters. These include core protocol development, application development, and business development in three key verticals: Art, Gaming, and DeFi. We recently supported the launch of Manchester United's digital collectibles, which is based on white label NFT store technology supplied by us.

Our corporate partners are McLaren Racing, Ubisoft, Societe Generale and many others. Some of the exciting projects built on the Tezos blockchain include Hic Et Nunc,Objkt.com, OneOf and Kukai. The ambition of Trilitech is to be a centre of excellence in everything we do; we are hence looking to scale the team with the best of the best in their respective fields.

The Role:

Tezos has organically emerged as a leading blockchain in the world of art NFTs due to its large community, philosophy of inclusivity, affordability and ultra-low carbon footprint. On the back of this organic growth we seek to deepen our presence in the art world and explore further ways of supporting these communities.

Sitting as part of a wider adoption team, the Head of Art will be a global leader of our art ambitions. Your core partners will be artists, collectors, partners (eg Marketplaces) and institutions (museums, galleries, auction houses). You will build relationships with these groups around the world, as well as delivering/shepherding key strategic projects that you have identified as critical to Tezos adoption. You will be a public facing ambassador for Tezos and the Art Community, championing our broader ecosystem; listening, collecting feedback and providing the right connections when needed.

Candidate:

We are looking for a natural relationship builder with extensive business development/partnership experience and a broad network in the Web3 space. You should have a deep understanding of the needs of the art sector and how blockchain technology can help. You will be asked to create a strategic vision for taking the space forward.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in strategic business development / Partnership building
  • Broad network across artists, collectors, Web3 audiences and art institutions,
  • An interest and curiosity in blockchain technology and other emerging technologies
  • Ability to work in a consultative manner with ecosystem participants
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships on all levels
  • Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English language skills with strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience at a fast growth technology company
  • Experience in B2B2C or B2C business development
