We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Head of Ecosystem to join our team. This person will be responsible for the growth, development, and management of our business ecosystem, which includes partners, developers, and other stakeholders. This person will work closely with the CEO and Leadership team to align Marketing, Business Development, and Partner Success teams with company goals.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses branding, messaging, lead generation, and customer acquisition. This includes identifying target markets, defining value propositions, and creating marketing plans to reach and engage potential customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand integration in product launches, partnerships, and external communications.
- Partnership Management and Business Development: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and business opportunities that align with our company's objectives. This involves conducting market research, prospecting potential partners, and negotiating and closing deals. Foster relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration and mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Community Engagement: Engage with the community through various channels (events, forums, social media, etc.), to drive wallet activations and developer adoption.
- Product Integration: Work with our product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of the protocol within the wider ecosystem.
- Market Analysis: Keeping an eye on market trends, competitor activities, and regulation that may impact the ecosystem. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing and business development efforts. Regularly report on metrics and performance to the Leadership team. Use insights to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing and business development budgets. Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. Monitor expenses, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Communication and Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and other internal teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies and initiatives. Provide market insights and customer feedback to influence product roadmap and drive product-market fit.
- Metrics and Performance Monitoring: Tracking the performance of the network and partners using relevant metrics and KPIs, and making necessary adjustments to strategies and initiatives based on data.
- 8-10 years of proven experience in marketing and business development roles, preferably in the messaging technology space or a related industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to market strategies and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of messaging platforms, protocols, APIs, integrations, and developer communities.
- Experience in identifying and negotiating strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize performance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in a decentralized/blockchain technology environment is a plus.
