Web3 HRIS Lead - hybrid working

Our HR team oversees and contributes at both hands-on and strategic levels to support leaders and our employees. While HR, at its core, focuses on the mindful management of the company's relationship with our employees, culture management focuses on the heartfelt aspects of the employees' relationships with the company. Our HR team consists of professionals in Business Partners and CoEs (sub functions within HR that use best practices to develop and support critical capabilities that align with the organizational priorities) e.g., Talent acquisition, HR operations, C&B, talent analytics, etc.

The HR Systems Partner is a newly created role to support HR transformational change and ensure the successful rollout and management of our global HRIS. This role will focus on driving HR operational efficiencies through automation and system and/or process improvements. You will contribute to HR team’s tech system roadmap, support delivery of cross-functional system solutions and partner with HR teams to define and optimise processes across our HR and Crypto.com tools.

·       Collaborate with various stakeholders to support the implementation of the HRIS systems from process mapping, system testing to training and provide support during any integration processes

·       Be the product lead and own the configurations, delivery, documentation and effectiveness of all people processes and records

·       Drive discipline throughout our HRIS and business processes to ensure a consistent and repeatable experience for our employees and managers

·       Contribute to the creation of HR strategy and roadmaps with respect to HRIS and cross functional collaborations

·       Be the HRIS point of contact and provide functional support such as managing enquiries from internal stakeholders, liaising with vendor and etc

·       Perform regular assessments and improvements to ensure the HR systems work properly and efficiently and adhere to the appropriate HR controls design

·       Keep up to breast with HR technology trends and best practices to ensure our HRIS remains up-to-date and effective

·       Support company-wide people experience initiatives to increase employee satisfaction and productivity

·     BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

·     6+ years of working in HR team within a fast growing, dynamic technology company or relevant experience

·     Strong HR functional expertise with technology, operations, and system data and analytics

·     Familiarity with HRIS data entry, data analysis and report generation·     

·     Ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships at all levels of the organization

·     Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills while exercising sound judgment

·     Proven experience handling sensitive information with the ability to exercise discretion and show good judgment; honesty, integrity and trust-building behaviors in all dealings is essential

·     Ability to work in highly dynamic environment and respond to operational challenges in a timely manner across various time zones
