About the Opportunity:

We're looking for an HR Business Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role requires great communication and organization skills and will work closely with our Leadership team and HR CoE across regions.

At your core, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, process-driven environment, and be able to adapt and adjust plans on-the-fly. You must also have strong prioritization skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Document, implement, and work to improve upon processes, procedures, and programs relating to the employee lifecycle - conducting regular reviews with HR Leadership around optimization and scalability.
  • Maintain and continually improve reports & dashboards populated with people data to identify trends and provide comparisons over time. Interpret meaning and implications.
  • Oversee the development and communication of job aids, playbooks, and business processes.
  • Support the implementation and testing of people tools and technologies including but not limited to the HRIS
  • Maintain a process taxonomy and methodology to organize and assess core global HR processes
  • Calculate and deliver strategic HR metrics to HR leaders on a regular basis.
  • Participate in processes that support associate data accuracy, quality, and compliance.
  • Identify areas of opportunity for future enhancements to increase efficiency and consistency, and improve employee experience
  • Run regular and ad hoc reporting and analysis for the HR team
  • Provide support and training to HR of strategic reporting tools as a subject matter expert.
  • Translate legal and regulatory requirements into system or process requirements in collaboration with HR Leadership.
  • Support data analysis work to provide relevant, actionable feedback to project teams on how to improve core HR programs and operations
  • Work with the HR Leads to identify and proactively implement solutions to key pain points
  • Understand where technology can be leveraged to refine or eliminate non value-add process steps.
  • Support the design and creation of content and educational materials related to processes and standard operating procedures
  • Partner with HR COEs to identify opportunities for cross-functional efficiencies

What We Look For In You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, statistics, mathematics, analytics, or related field of study preferred
  • 7+ years of experience working in a technical HR role in HRIS, People Analytics, or People Operations with knowledge of HR practices, reporting, and analytics.
  • Experience with multiple HR software platforms and modules preferred - - Applicant Tracking, Performance Management, HIRS, and Learning Management Systems (currently in BambooHR, but actively looking to transition to another HRIS platform - Workday, SAP, experience a plus)
  • Experience analyzing large HR data sets to create recommendations to help make decisions.Strong attention to detail, process orientation, and quality of work.
  • Ability to manage data for a complex organization with international regional rules and regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced HR Operations environment.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Ability to create ad-hoc report requests based on customer needs.
  • Strong relationship building skills with internal/external partners and senior staff.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience implementing HRIS systems and assisting with User Acceptance Testing.
  • Experience in data visualization tools (Tableau and/or Power BI) developing SMART dashboards delivering insightful trends.
