What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Provide end-to-end HR services with a focus on resolving employee conflicts and fostering positive relations
  • Collaborate with the People team to improve HR procedures and ensure employee satisfaction
  • Serve as a bridge between New York Office and other locations, addressing HR-related issues
  • Advise management on HR best practices and handle reporting and benefits administration
  • Implement talent management initiatives while emphasizing relationship building and conflict resolution
  • Cultivate strong internal and external relationships, sharing HR best practices
  • Document HR procedures and contribute to special projects as needed
What We Look For In You:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist
  • Ability to travel 2-3 times per month
  • Ability to work in our New York office 3-4 times per week
  • In-depth understanding of employee lifecycle and HR protocols
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and common practices
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and navigate in a rapidly-changing and fast-paced environment
  • Possess an analytical and research-oriented mindset
Nice to Haves:
  • Experience with payroll
  • Relevant experience in a global high-tech company
  • Strong passion for crypto
Please note: This is a hybrid role and requires employees to be in the office 3-4 times per week. This role also requires travel 2-3 times per month.

  • The salary range for this position is $129,000 - $164,000
  • The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
