As a Warehouse Manager at CleanSpark, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of products. You will ensure that all warehouse operations are conducted smoothly, safely, and efficiently to meet business goals. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Ensure all warehouse activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available to meet customer demands.
- Implement inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies and reduce waste.
- Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and high performance.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement development plans for team members.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery and shipment of goods.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
- Manage and resolve any issues related to inbound and outbound logistics.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions for warehouse staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software tools to track inventory, orders, and shipments.
- Analyze data and generate reports to monitor warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance warehouse operations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a warehouse manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office.
- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics principles.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
This position may involve duties that require operation of a company vehicle or travel between job sites. As such, candidates must be insurable under CleanSpark's vehicle insurance policy.
