Web3 Software Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer with a strong background in blockchain development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and related infrastructure using the Rust programming language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement core components of blockchain infrastructure using Rust.
• Develop smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) for platforms like Solana, Polkadot/Substrate, or Near
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, security experts, and other developers
• Optimize performance and ensure the security of blockchain protocols
• Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and maintain documentation
• Stay up to date with blockchain trends and evolving technologies

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of professional experience in Rust development experience.
• Solid understanding of blockchain concepts: consensus algorithms, cryptography, P2P networking, etc.
• Hands-on experience with at least one Rust-based blockchain ecosystem (e.g., Solana, Substrate, Near)
• Familiarity with smart contract development and deployment processes
• Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
• Experience with WebAssembly (Wasm)
• Knowledge of Solidity or other smart contract languages
• Experience working in agile development environments
