Mercier Consultancy is pleased to announce an opening for a Portuguese Speaking Consultant within our Cryptocurrency & Blockchain Technology Department for one of our clients. In this dynamic Entry Level role, you will engage with our Portuguese-speaking clients to provide expert consultation on cryptocurrency and blockchain solutions, helping them navigate the complexities of these innovative technologies.

Your responsibilities will include assessing client needs, providing tailored recommendations, and conducting training sessions to ensure clients are well-equipped to utilize cryptocurrency and blockchain solutions effectively. You will act as a trusted advisor, assisting clients in harnessing the full potential of blockchain technology to drive their business forward.

Responsibilities

• Assist Portuguese-speaking clients with inquiries related to cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
• Conduct assessments to identify opportunities for blockchain integration in client operations
• Provide customized training and workshops to educate clients on cryptocurrency and blockchain applications
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement client-specific blockchain solutions
• Document client interactions, project progress, and feedback to inform service enhancements
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies and their business implications
• Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Experience in consulting, technical sales, or project management is preferred
• Analytical skills to assess client needs and propose actionable strategies
• A proactive and adaptive mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in finance, technology, or a related field is advantageous
• A genuine interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain innovations is highly desirable
