Role: Operations Associate

Duration: This is a FT role, starting with a 3-month contract-to-hire, converts to FT employment contract after that period.

Location: Remote - APAC or EU strongly preferred

Liquifi is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team. This role is integral to supporting and expanding our Token Launch Services, customer onboarding, and ensuring efficient operations. Ideal candidates have web3/blockchain experience, meticulous organization skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

• Execute tasks related to Token Launch Services such as overall project management for the customer, document management, and wallet creation.
• Work in close collaboration with the Ops Lead to enable bandwidth expansion for the operations team as new business lines are launched.
• Operationalize Token Launch Services processes, find efficiencies, frictional points, and iterate
• Own and update support documentation related to Token Launch Services as new features roll out to prevent stale support documentation.
• Assist customers with using various web3/blockchain technologies related to token distribution.
• Conduct internal usability testing on new features prior to public launch.
• Assist in reporting of token grant data from our platform to various HR/payroll partners on behalf of customers.
  

Must Have:

• 2-3 years of Operations, Project Management, or Customer Support
• 1-2 years in Web3/Crypto/Blockchain
• Proven project management skills
• Meticulous attention to detail, process oriented
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities.
