Web3 Investor Relations Associate

About The Company
Our client is an investment firm focused on bitcoin and other digital currencies within three products groups, passive, hedge, and venture.
Responsibilities

• Support the Director of IR and colleagues on on-going projects including oversight of trade processing and cash flow reconciliation as well as non-routine strategic priorities such as technology systems enhancement and reporting automation
• Serve as a subject matter expert on all matters related to the firm’s investment strategies and the crypto markets
• Attend investor and prospective investor meetings
• Onboard and contribute to the KYC/AML review on behalf of current and potential investors
• Work closely with the firms teams and third party service providers
• Assist in maintaining and managing the firm’s investor CRM
• Monitor and respond to investor queries and foster relationships with new and existing investors via the IR inbox and phoneline

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2-5 years of experience within IR
• Previous KYC/AML experience
• Excellent personnel, project management, and time management skills
