Web3 Content and Growth Manager

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Manage DoubleZero’s social media presence. Maintain an active and engaging presence across social platforms including X, LinkedIn, Discord, and GitHub to build awareness, drive engagement, and educate the community about DoubleZero's benefits for high-performance distributed systems.

• Develop and execute DoubleZero’s content strategy. Create and implement a comprehensive content strategy that explains DoubleZero's complex technology in accessible terms for various audience segments, from blockchain developers to enterprise decision-makers.

• Create high-quality technical content. Produce (and manage the production of) clear, engaging content explaining the DoubleZero protocol, our mission, network architecture and more. While not addressing developer documentation, this might include blog posts, research pieces, case studies, video tutorials, and educational materials.

• Grow the DoubleZero community. Ensure that DoubleZero is reaching all of its target audiences, especially those in high-performance blockchains. Work with the team to refine our messaging to impact the key stakeholders of the network.

• Collaborate across teams. Work closely with DevRel, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with protocol developments and roadmap milestones.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of content creation experience, preferably in technology or blockchain

• Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into accessible content

• Strong experience with blockchain technology content creation and how to speak to this community

• Strong writing and editing skills across various formats (blogs, social media, technical documentation)

• Solid understanding of SEO principles and content distribution strategies

• Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure, networking, or distributed systems a plus

• Portfolio demonstrating ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly

• Proven track record of creating engaging content that drives measurable business growth

• Project management skills to coordinate content calendars and cross-functional initiatives
