Qualifications:
*Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills
*Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving
*Highly collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments
*Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
*Capable of fostering Agile mindset and driving adoption at both team and organizational levels
*Proficient in English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities:
*Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and Kanban
*Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
*Familiarity with Agile metrics and reporting (velocity, burndown charts, cycle time, etc.)
*Skilled in working with distributed and cross-functional teams
*Experienced in conflict resolution and facilitating collaborative decision-making
*High Learning Agility capacity
*Solid knowledge of product development lifecycles and Agile planning techniques
