Cryptio is hiring a Web3 Implementation/Onboarding Manager - Spanish & English Speaking
Compensation: $55k - $70k

The Role
The Implementation Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of Cryptio's back-office platform for digital assets. This individual will work closely with the sales team and customers to understand their needs and provide guidance and support throughout the implementation process. The Implementation Manager will also work closely with the product development team to identify and resolve any issues that arise.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the implementation of Cryptio's platform for customers
- Communicate and collaborate with sales and product development teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Provide training and support to customers to ensure the successful adoption of the platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process
- Continuously improve implementation knowledge and skills through training and development
- Monitor implementation metrics and provide regular updates to senior management
- 3-4 years experience in implementation and onboarding
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strong understanding the process of implementing ERP solutions like Netsuite, SAP etc.
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Experience with software implementation projects.
