Web3 Insight & Analytics Lead

The Role:

We are seeking exceptional people to build our first Insight & Analytics team. Successful candidates will be adept at capturing and understanding data to provide the organization with critical insight. This is a new initiative for GSR and brings with it a number of challenges including working across the organization to make the case for business and technology functions to capture data, then working with those functions to design and implement changes and ways of working that enables the capture of that data. Candidates must then excel at deriving insight from data and be able to effectively communicate that insight to enable decision making.

Your Profile:

You should be comfortable identifying problems, distilling requirements, collaborating to define potential solutions, and delivering those solutions. Initially, the focus will be the Sales / Business Development team and the Project Management team, with the expectation that your successful delivery and drive sees the expansion of the team into the other areas of GSR. You will be technically capable of architecting the storage of data to enable the production reporting and dashboards using Tableau that provide insight into areas across GSR, e.g. KPI’s, metrics, and more. You will demonstrate excellent cross functional and senior stakeholder management, and, crucially, your ability to tell a story with GSR’s data.
