Web3 Institutional Markets Team Coordinator

Location: ENG London, England, United Kingdom

We’re looking for a Team Coordinator to support the Institutional Markets Team. These include planning, reporting, process optimization, project management support, managing events and thought leadership, preparation of team content and general administration. In this role, you will play an essential role in keeping the team organized and operating effectively.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • EA Support for VPs (RippleX):
    • Day-to-day management of calendars
    • Manage travel
    • Expense reports

  • Arrange and book team outings, lunches, and events
  • Minute taking of relevant meetings (including prospects/partners)
  • Prepare and organize off- and onsite meetings
  • Responsible for process and operations management within the team
  • Help lead with projects - tracking actions and outcomes
  • Liaise with key stakeholders internally/externally
  • Build and manage pipeline of events/conferences for team to attend and speak
  • Management of invoicing/ POs/sense checking for commercial partnerships (e.g. market-makers)
  • Manage learning & development for team (e.g. monthly deep-dives)
  • Onboarding new team members/ reading materials/checklist
  • Team materials updated/ accessible to right people
  • Coordinate and identify opportunities across functions for the team
  • Helping to prepare presentations for internal and external audience
  • Managing team subscriptions (e.g. Bloomberg, Data access, news subscriptions)
  • Support quarterly and semi-annual budgeting process

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 8+ years of experience working as an Executive Assistant or equivalent
  • Strong prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Keen interest in crypto markets
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands on experience with Google Apps and Concur
  • Passion for excellence and working in a team environment with a strong company culture
  • Previous startup experience a plus
