In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our global technology ecosystem, ensuring our team has seamless, secure, and efficient access to the tools they need to do their best work. You’ll provide hands-on support, manage key IT systems, and contribute to projects that improve how we operate. Responsibilities
Be the go-to problem solver for IT support and troubleshooting, ensuring employees stay productive with minimal disruption
Own and optimize key IT systems, including communication tools, project management platforms, and access controls
Troubleshoot networking issues, including VPN connectivity, DNS resolution, IP configurations, and cloud-based security settings
Maintain clear and useful documentation for IT processes, troubleshooting guides, and best practices
Monitor and respond to support requests, including on-call support as needed
Assist in access control management, ensuring secure and efficient role-based access (”RBAC”)
What You Bring
Core Skills
3-5 years of experience in IT support and systems administration
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset
Awareness of IT security best practices, including access control and data protection
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Experience working in global, remote-first environments
Technical Knowledge
Networking fundamentals: IP addressing, DNS, VPNs, and troubleshooting connectivity issues
Device & Asset Management: Experience with macOS administration, MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf, Kandji), and device lifecycle management
Access & Identity Management: Familiarity with IAM, SSO solutions (e.g., Okta), and endpoint security best practices
Collaboration & Productivity Tools: Experience with Slack, Zoom, Notion, and Google Workspace
Nice to Haves
Experience automating IT processes to improve efficiency
Familiarity with cloud-based IT administration (AWS or GCP)
Understanding of database relationships and basic data structuring
