Key Responsibilities:

• Write clean, readable, and extensible code in Rust
• Apply core CS concepts: OOP, algorithms, multithreading, networking, Linux internals
• Develop and optimize low-latency applications
• Work on DeFi and blockchain projects
• Utilize AWS services for development and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Provide mentorship to junior developers

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Rust
• Solid understanding of core CS concepts
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• 1-3 years of professional programming experience
• Immediate availability
• Top 15 school

Preferences:

• Experience in trading firms or as a quant developer
• Expertise in low-latency applications
• Experience with profiling and optimizing applications
• Knowledge of advanced math or statistics
• Familiarity with DeFi, blockchain fundamentals, JSON-RPC, MEV, Solidity, or Solana
• Comfortable with AWS services
