RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux servers, workstations, laptops, and printers in a mixed Windows and Mac environment. Mostly Mac
• Resolve or escalate online help desk tickets in a timely manner
• Onboard new employees
• Install and configure desktop applications and workstations
• Conduct routine hardware and software audits of systems for compliance with established standards and policies using MDM (currently Meraki)
• Optimize and troubleshoot a multi-site network. TCP/IP, VLANs, and Wireless experience
• Look for opportunities in process improvement projects and company-wide implementation projects and all other responsibilities as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency with macOS 10.14 Mojave or newer configuration and troubleshooting
• Configuration and troubleshooting of Windows 10 in an enterprise environment
• Experience with Meraki or other MDM (Mobile Device Management) tools (preferred)
• Experience with SaaS and PaaS tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Asana
• Knowledge of Linux, CentOS, RHEL, and Ubuntu (preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of Meraki Networking (preferred but not required)
• Some command line/scripting knowledge (preferred but not required)
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining an emphasis on detail and quality
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
• Must be dedicated to working hard, taking on new responsibilities, and being proactive in developing and maintaining new business relationships and systems
• Exceptional organizational skills, communication, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work well in a dynamic environment
