Web3 M&A Integrations Lead

Compensation: $54k - $100k estimated

Responsibilities - Work closely during the diligence process with Corporate Development team, business sponsors, and functional teams to build comprehensive integration plans, drive alignment on those plans, and ensure pre-transaction closing preparedness. - Identify and implement best practices for the M&A integration process, developing repeatable and scalable processes. - Potentially manage multiple acquisition integration projects simultaneously. - Work cross-functionally with executives, functional leaders, and their teams to ensure overall integration preparedness, resourcing, and alignment. - Responsible for identification of impediments and solutioning to ensure successful outcome. - Lead all technology, talent, platform, and business integrations including day-to-day project management, execution through cross-functional integration teams, communication to various stakeholders (including executives), and serving as a guide/resource for acquired teams and leaders. - Own deal scorecards, milestones, and metrics reporting; track and own short- and long-term progress toward deal objectives.

Desired Experience - 6+ years of experience in M&A or post-merger integration within a company and/or a premier consulting firm, and/or working with cross-functional groups in consulting, technical, product or relevant industry. - Results-oriented team member with effective written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and cross functional experience. - Experience communicating and acting as an advisor to senior leadership and partners. - Strong program management skills, including demonstrated ability to craft deliverables, frameworks, and process improvements. - Ability to balance multiple priorities against ambitious timelines. - Interpersonal, collaborative  and proven experience building relationships. - Demonstrated ability to drive and implement cross-functional initiatives across a rapidly growing organization. - BA/BS degree.
