We’re looking for a Manager of Implementation to join our growing Compliance Systems & Partners organization. This position can be based in either Hong Kong or Singapore.

In this position you will be responsible for the successful implementation and maintenance of various compliance tools, partners and systems. You will achieve this by utilizing your strong project and program management skills and by establishing close working relationships with the global product and tech teams.

Your responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary project manager and technical expert for implementations of the various compliance systems and partners initiatives
• Learn and maintain expert level knowledge of the Crypto.com products and systems, their use by customers, and the process required to get from concept to implementation
• Manage internal customer expectations, documentation, timelines, deliverables, and needs
• Ensure all internal project trackers and information is kept up to date
• Escalate any issues affecting implementations to the appropriate stakeholder for resolution
• Work with the Head of Partnerships, the Head of Automation and senior management to prioritize and execute partner/vendor integrations, upgrades, automation, redundancy and similar projects
• Coordinate and facilitate integration work between Crypto.com Engineering, third-party vendors/partners, and compliance personnel to fulfill requirements
• Provide regular status reports to all stakeholders to accurately communicate the implementation’s progress, including risks, issues, and required adjustments to the plan
• Design, configure, and test implementations to ensure that requirements have been met
• Work to continuously improve the implementation process to reduce unnecessary steps, redundant activities, and improve internal/external customer satisfaction
• Participate as a stakeholder in product improvement activities such as meetings, and testing of proposed changes to the Crypto.com products

A bit about you:

• BA/BS degree in a business, technology, or related field
• 5+ years experience and a proven record of technology project management success in an enterprise environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must have shown significant and consistent career growth as part of prior experience
• Solid technical skills - expertise in business software as well as consumer tech, mobile apps, etc. - experience in FinTech is considered a strong plus
• You possess effective organizational skills, self-directed time management, great communication skills, and attention to detail in addition to technical expertise and product knowledge
• You are able to challenge and influence stakeholders to ensure decisions are well thought out and can be executed from an operations perspective
• You are comfortable with change, ambiguity, conflict, and dealing with multiple senior stakeholders
• You are eligible to work in Hong Kong or Singapore without the need for visa sponsorship

Other desirable skills for this role:

• You have managed implementations of internal or vendor/partner solutions through all levels from concept to launch within a financial institution (FinTech, Bank, Crypto, etc.)
• You drive results through leadership, people, communication and influence
• You've worked with product and tech teams on tool implementations
• You are highly organized, and process / people orientated
