Web3 Manager, Content (Remote)

Compensation: $63k - $80k *

Location: FL Miami, Florida, United States

This is a completely remote role and can work anywhere in the US.

RECUR is building the future of digital collectibles on-chain, known as Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) – the newest Unicorn industry.

Global brands are interested in venturing into NFTs to establish new connections with their fans. However, they are very careful about who they work with, especially in the cutting-edge world of blockchain. RECUR is founded by the perfect blend of leaders in the brand licensing space and technology leaders from top cryptocurrency exchanges, digital asset trading desks, financial institutions, and blockchain software companies. Investors include Joseph Lubin, co-founder of Ethereum, Winklevoss Twins, Courtside VC, Hashed, and many more.

RECUR is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to join its team full-time. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, where you will lead a team of individuals supporting RECUR’s global user base, ensuring delightful user experiences as they interact with some of the largest brands in the world entering the nascent and growing NFT space.

What you will do at RECUR

  • Write, publish, and maintain high quality content for the Customer Experience team, including Zendesk macros, training content, Help Center articles, and internal workflow documentation.
  • Create a content management system to maintain the process of requesting, creating, and auditing support content.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to drive CX Operational Readiness for upcoming product launches and internal process changes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve CX content through analysis of CSAT, QA, Help Center articles, support ticket volume, and other data driven approaches.
  • Collaborate with CX Operations to ensure all support content is kept up to date, and collaborate with Marketing to ensure all customer facing content is on brand.

What you bring to RECUR

  • 2+ years of content management experience within customer experience
  • Excellent written communication skills, with an ability to explain difficult concepts in simple language for RECUR users and employees
  • Experience with building out Knowledge Base articles, Zendesk macros, and Internal Playbook documents
  • You enjoy developing people as much as you enjoy defining strategic goals and initiatives
