This includes one of the first FINMA-approved investment firms with 24/7 brokerage services, custody, infrastructure, and tokenisation solutions for financial institutions, as well as the first FINMA-approved manager of collective assets for crypto assets, with an active, rules-based and index-based alternative investment fund offering, including the first Swiss crypto fund. With a team of over 100 employees, Crypto Finance is headquartered in Switzerland, and has a regional presence in Singapore and Frankfurt. The German branch, Crypto Finance (Deutschland) GmbH, is currently under development in Frankfurt am Main. We are therefore looking for a Managing Director who will be responsible for the development and coordination in Frankfurt. The starting date is as soon as possible in our office in Frankfurt am Main.

Key responsibilities:

• As one of the two managing directors you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the office with a focus on regulation, stakeholder management, risk management/compliance or sales, and HR
• In doing so, you will shape, drive, and steer the methodical and ambitious further development of the branch, as well as the development of the client portfolio
• You represent the branch in the market and are responsible for customer acquisition and establishing the products in the market or for the risk management and compliance framework

Your profile:

• You have proven that you can lead companies through development and set up processes on the market and technology side, and that you are experienced in building up a company profitably in the long term
• You have experience with complex projects in a BaFin-regulated financial service company, in particular with MaRisk, and you have an excellent network of contacts in the industry
• You are an experienced leader in financial services sales, or you have a risk management and/or compliance background

• You have a proven interest in crypto assets and blockchain technology
• You create an infectious team spirit, distinguish yourself with a winning demeanor, have excellent negotiation skills, and are highly self-motivated
• You have a passion for excellence, and work according to the motto "getting things done"
• You speak German at a native level and English fluently
