Web3 Office Admin

About the role

The Office Administrator will report to the Head of Finance and be responsible for the daily administrative function of the Crypto.com Headquarters in Miami. This position is the backbone of the Americas office and instrumental in making sure everything in the office runs efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Open the office on time daily.
  • Support senior management with correspondence and administrative matters.
  • Complete and track PO and expenses requests for the office and senior management.
  • Train and assist staff on the use of the PO and expense systems.
  • Manage office and business equipment related matters.
  • Negotiate with vendors for office maintenance and supply
  • Engage general administration support to the team in all aspects including documentation management, company event organization, regulator meeting in the office.
  • Management of mail and distribution to the teams across the regions.
  • Manage relationships and ensure the quality of related external vendors and third parties, such as office management company (real estate management), travel agency.
  • Coordinate with the internal and external parties as needed to handle day-to-day duties including employee travel and logistics arrangement.
  • Responsible for managing or developing sensitive documentation; accountable for maintaining high standards of confidentiality regarding information and data.
  • Responsible for performing analytical ranging from simple to complex assignments, such as report generation and maintenance.
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned.
  • Assists with various research projects and/or special project.
  • Role will be full time and based in our Miami office. This will not be a remote position.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant certifications.
  • At least 5 years hands-on experience in a similar role.
  • Broad corporate service experience, including Office Management, Real Estate, Procurement, Sourcing, Physical Security, T&E, BCM, etc.
  • Interpersonal skills, good team player, detail minded and proactive working >
  • Independent, resourceful and proactive with a pleasant disposition.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Consumer payment, financial, crypto industry experience is a plus.
