Qredo is a decentralized digital asset management infrastructure and product suite designed to unlock new opportunities for institutional investors in digital assets and decentralized finance. Responsibilities

    • Handle administrative enquiries and provide administrative support for our Bulgaria office 
    • Implement office processes, policies and practices for all aspects, e.g. Health and Safety, expenses, expenditure, travel, etc. 
    • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings and office events (both internal and external) as necessary 
    • Support in flight, hotel bookings, and traveling visa applications when required 
    • Assist in setting up related IT equipment for new hires, maintain IT equipment lifecycle records and manage non-working condition of IT equipment arrangements for recycle 
    • Manage the purchasing of all office supplies, furniture, equipment & printing 
    • Liaise with building management on any building issues –and relaying to the office if/as required 
    • Backup or support any company administration matters  

Requirements

    • Relevant working experience in office operations and management, and administrative support 
    • Experience in IT and Fintech industry is preferred 
    • Strong ability to communicate English (written and spoken) 
    • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task  
    • Strong organization and follow through skills 
    • Agility & flexibility to manage multiple priorities 
    • Well-versed in overall office management, technical tools and software applications 
    • Passion in blockchain technology and crypto is a plus
