Web3 Office Assistant (part time)

Your future work will include

• Handling courier shipments for efficient communication.
• Co-organizing delightful company lunches and breakfasts.
• Ensuring a well-stocked and organized office space.
• Preparing warm welcome gifts for new employees and coordinating onboarding.
• Assisting in organizing smooth business trips.
• Managing crucial documents, entrance cards, and equipment.

What we are looking for in candidates

• Ownership and responsibility.
• Willingness to contribute with creative ideas to make our office even better.
• Good English skills (at least B2) - it is our prime language and you will communicate in it daily.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and shipments.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive and positive attitude.
