Location: Singapore
Reporting into the COO, the Office Manager is a versatile team player who is in charge of all the employee experience elements, mostly focused on our Singapore office and work life.
We are looking for a dynamic person who is passionate about employee engagement and who will build a strong network for our teams to do their best work.
Your focus areas will be:
Office & Facilities
You help us plan and bring our team to the next level within a new office environment
You engage with the owner and manage all of our paperwork surrounding our lease and other supplier agreements
You manage all elements related to daily office operations such as desks, maintenance, cleaning, pantry management
You purchase small office supplies and equipment
Employee Engagement
You build out an employee engagement program and are in charge of rolling out all the initiatives to help our teams connect virtually
Identify areas to connect our teams in Asia and Europe with our core mission and help us operate as a single focused team
Admin
You manage all expense requests and ensure we have the right policies in place to enable a smooth yet controlled process
You deal with all the office supplier invoicing and ensure they are properly logged with our finance team
