We are looking for an Office Manager for our San Jose office. We're a fast-paced crypto company and are looking for a dependable and motivated individual who's ready to hit the ground running. As an office manager, you'll tackle multiple tasks, projects, and day-to-day priorities. The ideal candidate has impeccable organizational skills, is a creative problem-solver, and adapts well to change. This role requires great communication skills.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work alongside our Head of Administration and assist in managing day-to-day office operations. You will be a liaison for employee’s and Okcoin guests, and work closely with our Beijing headquarters to create a welcoming and comfortable office environment
- Project manage office renovations, facilities repair & maintenance, and company events and team building.
- Coordinate between global office locations to provide administrative support for our internal team and HQ
- Lead the team in preparing the department budget; and formulate, review, and maintain relevant policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Keep abreast of all organizational changes and ensure office operations adhere to shifting policies and regulations
What We Look For In You:
- College degree preferred, with 5 years office administrative experience (solid office renovation, employee engagement and event planning is a must), preferably with Fintech/ technology industry experience.
- In-depth understanding and ability to prepare office management procedures and departmental and policies.
- Strong supervisory, interpersonal and negotiation skills and able to work under pressure.
- Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English
- Proficient PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese typing
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
