We are looking for an Office Manager for our San Jose office. We're a fast-paced crypto company and are looking for a dependable and motivated individual who's ready to hit the ground running. As an office manager, you'll tackle multiple tasks, projects, and day-to-day priorities. The ideal candidate has impeccable organizational skills, is a creative problem-solver, and adapts well to change. This role requires great communication skills.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Help with the day-to-day office administration work onsite
  • Order and maintain office supplies for San Jose office and maintain a clean, orderly and ready status
  • Schedule meetings (via zoom) and manage team calendars
  • Visitor management, office security
  • Run errands for office supplies, lunch orders and miscellaneous requests
  • Maintain kitchen areas & catering supplies in a neat and orderly fashion and stock refrigerator and snack area supplies
  • Sort and distribute mail & deliveries
  • Executive support as needed
  • Process extensive expense reports and expense authorizations
  • Manage company assets, including company computers, office supply, company swag, etc
  • Help with facility management, including drafting emergency plan, vendor management, and COVID response
  • Schedule and facilitate team building events
  • Serve as the point of contact for office-related events, communication, and other support
  • Perform other ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Result-oriented, optimistic, self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Must be highly proficient at time management and problem-solving
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience as an Office Manager
  • Must be proficient in English, bilingual in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Familiar with the combination of G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom. Additional skills with any other document/data/presentation creating and editing tools considered a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work with great attention to detail and great organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Experience handling confidential matter with discretion and integrity
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
