Entoro Group – Operations Administrative Associate
We are currently looking to add an Operations Administrative Associate with prior industry experience to our team in Houston, Texas. This candidate will be responsible for planning and executing a wide range of operational and administrative activities to drive market adoption of the Entoro Group of businesses.
Entoro Capital is a technology-driven investment banking group, providing high-quality advice and services to corporate and institutional clients. We provide financial and strategic advisory services which include Capital Formation (Reg D, Reg A+, and Reg CF), M&A, A&D, leveraged finance, equity/equity-linked financing, restructuring, and recapitalization solutions across all industry sectors. Entoro Capital is a part of the larger Entoro Group with business lines in trading, valuation, RIA, commodities, crypto, blockchain, DeFi, ESG, environmental assets, and digital assets. Entoro utilizes its proprietary securities syndication platform OfferBoard®, to match accredited Investors to Issuers effectively and efficiently. OfferBoard is dedicated to real-time deal tracking, management, and analytics, in addition to advanced automated regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to management and support staff to fulfill ad-hoc operational tasks and functions
• Support multiple groups: operations, marketing, and administration
• Gather market data to analyze trends and help value companies and transactions
• Manage and assist in the execution of any Entoro transaction and client onboarding
• Conduct data scraping on public and private data sets, utilizing internal CRM (Dynamics), and various databases to compile lead lists
• Develop reports and provide tracking on firm-specific and market functions and risks
• Develop and learn about market operations, trading dynamics, and rules and regulations to provide support in all areas of the company’s business
• Assist in the creation of marketing plans for various activities including corporate branding and individual project marketing
• Keep records and reports up to date
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in financial services
• Proven experience and understanding of marketing tactics and operations
• Strong Microsoft Suite skills including SharePoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills: the ability to synthesize information and present it in a written and verbal format
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff to develop strong working relationships
• Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates emotional maturity and ability to operate under stressful situations
Other:
• Preference is given to FINRA-licensed candidates
• Other professional licenses desired (e.g., insurance, escrow)
• Foreign language skills are a plus
• Former paralegal work a plus
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator & After Effects a plus
