The Role - What will you be doing?

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Actively build and maintain client relationships
• Help grow trading volumes through exceptional relationship management
• Learn nuances of FX and Crypto trading
• Present trade and hedging ideas to clients and management in order to grow revenue
• Learn how to take proprietary risk in FX and Crypto
• Provide exceptional client service throughout deal lifecycle
• Cross-sell BCB Group products where appropriate
• Take orders and execute on behalf of clients
• Skillfully execute trades while managing pricing and execution risk while always considering settlement processes
• Capture all trade details, working closely with the relevant teams internally
• Help to build out the trading system required as the number of clients and volumes grow
• Ensure coverage on trading desk throughout trading hours
• Contribute research to the BCB Daily Digest piece
• Keep upto date with market dynamics, initiatives and trends within the crypto and FX space
• Exhibit sensible risk management and adhere to all internal policies around risk taking
• Identify and capture trading opportunities, execute trades within defined parameters
• Communicate closely with stakeholders on varying workflow initiatives and trades
• Work with a variety of teams (operations, finance, legal, etc) to ensure proper settlements of transactions
• Work directly with other traders to gain market knowledge and expertise
• Work with the Sales and Customer Success teams to identify, onboard, and monetize new client relationships and proactively identify new business opportunities for BCB OTC.

• Must have relevant recent experience
• Knowledge of trade settlements and payments preferred but not essential
• Proven ability to participate in and manage projects; collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
