Web3 Partner Success Lead

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Partner Success Lead to join our Partnerships team. The Partner Success Lead will help launch new partnerships, partner manage existing relationships, and identify new opportunities with existing partnerships. This person will play a critical role in growing and fostering the most important partnerships while working closely with internal teams to deliver on partnerships goals. The role will require strong project management skills and will be directly responsible for ensuring the success of our partnerships.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage and own important relationships that are key to our business and be the champion for the partners internally and externally
• Launch and implement new partnerships by working closely with internal teams - product, marketing, and engineering - and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with partnership leads during deal process to understand key terms and deal structure to ensure successful implementation
• Define metrics for success; build reporting and dashboard to measure and analyze partnership performance
• Perform regular strategic review of partnerships and help identify potential opportunities to grow existing relationships
• Proactively engage with existing partners to brainstorm additional ways to work together
• Partner with internal stakeholder to establish an effective and scalable process for launching and maximizing new partnerships
• Organize and build process to improve deal operations, including CRM tracking and contract renewals
  
  

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders to drive towards key outcomes
• 6+ years relevant experience in partner management or account management; 5+ years in high-growth technology company
• Highly organized and strong attention to detail with an ability to lead multiple projects at once
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively with partners and colleagues from various cultural backgrounds
• Creative thinker and problem solver, highly motivated and driven by impact and outcome
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelors degree or equivalent
