Wealthfront Career-Launching Company  Figure Series D Announcement About the Role Our Figure Lending team is looking for a dynamic, growth-oriented sales support professional who can help the team identify new business opportunities, assist with outreach, secure interest, schedule meetings, and support the due diligence process with prospective Mortgage Originators. In this role, you will assist the team to build and grow a robust pipeline of interested prospective partners. Collaboration will be a pivotal part of the role with the opportunity to collaborate closely with the greater lending partnership development team, as well as cross-functional stakeholders across the company and with external partners as you support the team’s partnership strategies. This position will report directly to the Sr. Director of Partnership Development, and support the team as directed. What You’ll Do

Assist the team in the outreach and development of sales opportunities and help manage the process with diverse prospective partners. Potential partners include Banks, Credit Unions, Independent Mortgage Banks, Servicers, Builder-owned Mortgage Companies and others, where Figure’s products could be beneficial Be able to give brief overviews to prospective partners on the different types of products and partnership models that could be utilized (Wholesale/Co-Branded, Correspondent/Private Labeled, LaaS or Figure Connect) Understand the value proposition of Figure’s offering to prospective partners, communicate it clearly either verbally or in writing, and secure commitments to meet and or proceed with next steps  Work with Marketing and the team to implement initiatives to drive visibility, including trade shows, social media, and email campaigns to drive interest in Figure, its products, and partnership opportunities Utilize Saleforce to track prospective partners, and maintain detailed updates of all interactions with status, contacts, dates of conversations, follow-up, and next steps Help maintain management dashboards on the pipeline, with an emphasis on accuracy, completeness, and clear next steps Leverage sales, marketing, and due diligence materials for prospective partners and ensure materials are up to date Support contract negotiations between the team and partners, including keeping documentation organized and moving forward Assist with giving demos of our product and platform to potential partners, answer questions, and follow-up on due diligence requests  Lead or support the handoff to the onboarding and product teams to ensure critical milestones are met related to launch of partnership Maintain professional and technical knowledge 

What We Look For

BA/BS University degree preferred and at least 3 years of proven mortgage lending experience in sales and/or sales support, with a solid understanding of processes and product, and an emphasis on prospecting, securing interest, and initiating partnerships/business development Strong drive to meet forecasted sales targets and goals Self-confidence in your product knowledge and how it benefits our business partnership Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. The ability to influence and negotiate with others Ability to think outside the box and react to client needs Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy and the ability to track and maintain all interactions and drive follow-up and next steps Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving. Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time

Salary

Compensation Range: $68,500-$88,000/yr with a 30% variable Equity stock options package This is the compensation range for the United States, actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience, location, or evolving business needs
