Digital Assets Partnership Lead

On-chain Finance & Data Infrastructure Start-up

About the Company:

They are a blockchain analytics infrastructure company building the system of record for on-chain finance. They standardize and serve auditable, institutional-grade data across 140+ blockchains so banks, fintechs, and AI agents can treat on-chain activity like traditional financial data.

The customers include major payments firms, big 4 firms, global banks, consultancies, exchanges, wallets, and DeFi protocols.

Due to strong revenue growth they are looking to hire a Channel Partnership Lead.


Responsibilities:

  • Owning the partnerships across financial institutions and capital markets players.
  • Run GTM for emerging AI platforms and agent ecosystems as well as ISVs, cloud & data marketplaces.
  • Build and scale the partner ecosystem from 0->1
  • Develop sell-with/sell-through motions with F500 financial institutions, ISV's, and services firms.
  • Structure and negotiate commercial partnership agreements.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of business development or partnerships experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in institutional finance, banking, capital markets, or b2b financial services.
  • 2 years within the cryptocurrency industry either working at a direct crypto firm or on a digital assets team at a fintech or financial services firm.
  • Experience working with technical products.
  • Experience taking ownership of partnerships and some sort of start-up or building partnerships from the ground up.
  • Hands on exposure to negotiating complex commercial partnership agreements.
  • NYC-based or willing to travel frequently to NYC or partner sites.
