About the Role

You will lead partnership development and expansion efforts across key markets Globally. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building and managing strategic relationships, and closing high-impact deals that support long-term ecosystem growth. You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership teams to align business development initiatives with broader company strategy. This role is the first of it's kind at our organization so there is no Quota or Targets. You bring Strategy and Ideas, plus execution for what makes sense.


Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships within the SaaS and technology ecosystem
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners and stakeholders
  • Develop and execute go-to-market and partnership strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnerships with product and growth initiatives
  • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for expansion
  • Manage pipeline activity using CRM tools and provide accurate reporting


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
  • Strong track record of negotiating and closing deals
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze markets and develop actionable growth strategies
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and pipeline management


Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or related roles
  • Background in technology, SaaS, or Web3/crypto environments
  • Experience managing complex partnerships and agreements
  • Familiarity with international markets and global partnerships
  • Understanding of contract negotiation and deal structuring
